| Abstract (German): | In diesem Beitrag wird aufgezeigt, was elektronische Portfolios (E-Portfolios) als Lerninstrumente auszeichnet und wie damit pädagogische Herausforderungen in der Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung sinnvoll angegangen werden können. Zentrale Ziele bestehen darin, erstens Verbindungen zwischen persönlichen Unterrichtsvorstellungen und dem fachdidaktischen Wissen der Studierenden herzustellen, zweitens komplexe Handlungskompetenzen zu dokumentieren und zu überprüfen und drittens verschiedene Ausbildungsteile kongruent miteinander zu vernetzen (z.B. Fachdidaktik und berufspraktische Ausbildung). Anhand konkreter Beispiele wird aufgezeigt, wie diese Ziele mithilfe von E-Portfolios in der Praxis umgesetzt werden können und welche Herausforderungen dabei zu bewältigen sind. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | In this article, electronic portfolios (e-portfolios) are discussed as learning tools in teacher education that are well suited to the specific challenges of that discipline. E-portfolios can take the following key functions: first, helping students connect their individual beliefs about teaching with scientific knowledge of learning processes in their subject; second, documenting complex action competences and forming a basis for assessment; and third, linking different components of a teacher education programme (e.g. subject-specific teaching methodology and practical placements). Using concrete examples, I will show how e-portfolios can be of help to put these goals into practice, and what challenges need to be overcome in this process. (DIPF/Orig.) |
