(DIPF/Verlag)
Abstract (English):The church awards the image with a very important role, since it is a true confession of Christian faith. The language of the icon is in fact a pedagogical art, capable of educating a nation by transmitting the dogmatic teachings and by sanctifying it through the presence of the Holly Ghost. The present article shows the way in which the language of the icon can be used within the subject matter of religion from the perspective of the symbols. It shows that understanding the real sense of the language means the understanding of the meaning of the message and it also means the comprehension of the testimony that He brings along from the depths of Christianity. A meeting with the iconic language is like a solution to the problems of our time. From this perspective we can say, that the icons that represent Jesus and the vines, found mostly in Transylvania, are real pedagogical masterpieces. (DIPF/Orig.)
